Danzantes Unidos Director's Dialogue was founded in 2002 to provide a forum for communication between folklorico dance directors to create stronger bonds and to give the movement a statewide voice - both in the artistic and political arena. The series of dialogues takes place in each of the California regions and brings together folklorico dance directors to discuss issues of importance to the folklorico dance community of California.
Director's Dialogues are scheduled from April to December in cities across the six regions of California: Gold County , SF Bay Area, Central Coast , Central Valley , Greater LA Basin & San Diego.
